Dopo quasi un anno e mezzo di chiusura delle scuole e di insegnamento a distanza, la impressione di indifesa dei ragazzi e dei loro responsabili genitoriali è aumentata sempre di più e la creazione di alleanze tra le Istituzioni e il mondo del volontariato, finalizzate al benessere dei ragazzi e delle ragazze, è diventata di fondamentale importanza.
Durante la pandemia, infatti, la carenza di luoghi di aggregazione aperti ha disabituato tutta la popolazione, e in particolare i/le giovani, a normali rapporti di convivenza, contribuendo ad una emarginazione mentale e fisica: perdita di relazioni con i pari, sovra-esposizione alla rete internet e riduzione dell’attività fisica hanno pesato ancor più gravemente su bambini/e e giovani che hanno vissuto, con le loro famiglie, un drammatico impoverimento culturale ancor più economico, diventando una comunità sospesa. Chiusura scolastica e riapertura precaria e scaglionata, continue quarantene, sospensione di attività sportive, ricreative e sociali (altrettanto importanti da un punto di vista pedagogico), hanno lasciato segni negativi che emergono da diversi studi in maniera sempre più evidente.
I giorni della pandemia ci hanno fatto scoprire il ruolo strategico che le organizzazioni di volontariato possono giocare, mettendo a disposizione la propria esperienza e la propria natura solidaristica affinché insieme sia possibile rispondere ai nuovi bisogni educativi. È proprio a partire dall’analisi di contesto di estrema incertezza, in una fase storica dominata da una emergenza sanitaria globale, che sul territorio della Regione Puglia, a cura del Garante dei Minori, è nato il progetto (p)Atti educativi di comunità. Si tratta di una partnership tra associazioni, Istituzioni e comunità scolastiche che ha come obiettivo la prevenzione della carenza educativa … culturale sia all’interno della Famiglia sia del Territorio.
Nell’ambito della partnership tra GARANTE DEI DIRITTI DEI MINORI DEL CONSIGLIO REGIONALE DELLA PUGLIA, AIOS PROTEZIONE CIVILE, CADETTI DEL CAMPO SCUOLA ESTIVO DEL DIPARTIMENTO DELLA PROTEZIONE CIVILE e ISTITUTO SCOLASTICO “BEATA DE MATTIAS”, nasce il progetto SPA Società per azioni … Culturali.
